Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Courier Partners
We use third-party courier and logistics providers for deliveries across India.
4. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details.
KYOTOYS shall not be liable for:
- Incorrect address submissions
- Failed delivery attempts
- Delays caused by customer unavailability
- Additional shipping charges due to re-shipment
5. Delivery Delays
Delivery delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Political disruptions
- Courier issues
- Remote-area logistics
are outside KYOTOYS’ control.
6. Damaged Packages
Customers should record an unboxing video immediately upon receiving the package.
Without proper video proof, shipping damage claims may not be accepted.
7. Refused or Undelivered Orders
If a customer refuses delivery or the order returns due to incorrect address/unavailability:
- Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
- Refunds may be denied.
8. International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary. Customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
