Refund policy

At KYOTOYS, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the collectible and delicate nature of diecast model products, the following refund and replacement terms apply strictly.

1. No Refund on Offer or Clearance Products

Products purchased under:

  • Buy 2 Get 1 FREE offers
  • Buy 3 Get 2 FREE offers
  • Flash sale items
  • Discounted products
  • Clearance stock products
  • Combo offers

are strictly non-refundable and non-replaceable under any circumstances unless the wrong item was delivered.

These products are sold as stock clearance or promotional inventory.

2. Eligible Refund/Replacement Cases

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:

  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product is significantly damaged during transit
  • Product received is missing major parts

Customers must provide:

  • Unboxing video starting before package opening
  • Clear product photos
  • Order number

Claims without proper unboxing video proof may be rejected.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds/replacements will NOT be provided for:

  • Minor paint imperfections
  • Packaging box damage
  • Personal dislike/change of mind
  • Size expectations
  • Color variation due to screen display
  • Slight manufacturing defects common in diecast collectibles
  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Delay caused by courier partners
  • Refusal to accept delivery

4. Claim Timeline

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp support.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • COD handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed may not be cancelled after dispatch.

KYOTOYS reserves the right to cancel any suspicious, fraudulent, or high-risk orders without prior notice.

7. Liability Limitation

KYOTOYS shall not be responsible for indirect losses, emotional dissatisfaction, or collector valuation differences after purchase.
